Terms & Conditions

Understand the rules that keep our community safe, secure, and fun. Please read these terms carefully before using KiX.

  • Conduct: No unlawful, hateful, or abusive content. Violations lead to immediate suspension.
  • Purchases: All online purchases are final. Strictly no refunds or cancellations.

Full Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use (the "Terms") governs the use of and access to all applications, websites, services, and networks owned or controlled by KiX (the "KiX Services"). By using KiX Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. KiX reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect 30 days after posting. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License

All content on KiX Services (excluding user-generated content) including texts, graphics, logos, software, and the overall look and feel ("Materials") are the property of KiX or its licensors. You agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, or create derivative works from the Materials without written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement, and we may suspend your account or commence legal proceedings.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Live stream content that violates any law, trade secret, IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Stream content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive.
  • Circumvent security features or copy protection of KiX Services.
  • Sell, transfer, or assign your account or linear channels to other users.
  • Use KiX for illegal purposes or to collect personal info about users without consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of KiX Services.
  • Interfere with the operation of KiX via viruses, overload attacks, or manipulation of the rating system.
  • Register more than five (5) accounts.

3. Termination & Violations

KiX may suspend, terminate, or delete any account or content at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason (including repeat infringement of IP rights), with or without notice. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with KiX Services is to terminate your account.

4. Registration, Accounts, and Passwords

Minors under 18 are prohibited from registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. KiX is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

5. Online Purchase Terms

Payments are processed via secured connections. We accept Visa and MasterCard (SAR, USD, SGD, etc.). All sales are final to the extent permitted by law. Digital items and services are delivered immediately after purchase, and refunds/cancellations may not be available. If you purchased through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your purchase is also subject to that platform’s terms and refund policies.

6. Third Party Websites

KiX may contain links to Third-Party Services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content. Accessing them is at your own risk.

6A. Advertising & Rewarded Content

KiX may display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may grant in-app benefits (such as virtual items or in-app currency). Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or removed at any time in our sole discretion (subject to applicable law).

Ads may be provided by third parties (for example, Google) and may be based on contextual information or, where permitted and enabled, on your interests. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party ad content, products, or services.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of KiX is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer

KiX Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall KiX be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, technical failures, or third-party conduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KiX against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Release for Disputes Between Users

If you have a dispute with another user, you release KiX from all claims, demands, and damages arising out of such disputes.

12 - 16. General Provisions

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms, but KiX may assign them without restriction.
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Notice: Notices may be sent via email or posted on the Service (deemed given 24 hours after email or 30 days after posting).
  • Choice of Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore . Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Claims must commence within one (1) year.
  • No Agency: No partnership or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
